A patient portal is an online application that allows patients to manage their healthcare easily and securely. Portals can be accessed at the patient’s convenience.

 

   Features you’ll see in the Patient Portal:

• Messaging – ask your care team a question, share an update, and/or send attachments.

• Appointments – view and request appointments.

• Medications – review your prescription medications and request refills.

• Health Record – view visit summaries, lab results, and other documentation.

• Health Forms – complete the required paperwork before your appointments.
