Facial Fillers + Biostimulators

Restylane
Fillers are a great way to help you achieve your aesthetic goals for a well-balanced and harmonious look. Fillers refresh your look by enhancing your facial features through targeted treatments that sculpt, smooth, contour, or restore volume. At Inspired Skin+Wellness, we use Restylane, the original aesthetic hyaluronic acid (HA) filler, offering the most diverse range of products, allowing us to customize treatments to your needs and deliver natural-looking results.

Sculptra
Sculptra is a unique, FDA-approved injectable that acts as a collagen stimulator and is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) to gradually restore facial volume, smooth wrinkles (like smile lines), and improve skin firmness by boosting your body's own collagen production for natural-looking, long-lasting results (up to two years) with subtle, progressive changes over a series of treatments. It is used to treat fine and deep lines. Common injection areas include the cheeks, temples, chin, jawline, neck, and chest. Sculptra results can last 1-3 years, depending on the amount of product used and where it was injected. Patients typically require 2 to 3 treatments over a few months.

Radiesse
Radiesse is a popular injectable dermal filler, unique for its composition of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres in a water-based gel, designed to restore lost facial volume, smooth wrinkles, and contour areas like the jawline. It offers immediate plumping and gradual collagen regeneration. The Unique formula provides immediate plumping and also works as a scaffold to stimulate natural collagen (I, III) and elastin production. Results last around 12-18 months, but collagen stimulation continues longer.

Post-Treatment Care for Dermal Fillers
As discussed in your visit, temporary lumpiness, swelling, bruising, redness or tenderness may occur after injection. This is NORMAL. Light icing/cold packs will help to resolve it. (Apply gently-do not apply with pressure as this can move the product). Tylenol can also be taken.
For bruising, avoid aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs (such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen). You can apply ice and use Arnica (cream and/or by mouth). We will apply it before you leave the office, but you can also purchase it at any pharmacy or natural food store.
-
No sucking on a straw or any other object.
-
Avoid direct sunlight/heat, strenuous exercise, and alcohol consumption for 24-48 hours.
-
Avoid lasers or microneedling to the face for two weeks.
-
Avoid pressure to the area(s) injected for the first two weeks, as this could move product (i.e., facial massage, harsh washing/scrubbing, leaning on the area, facials, or placing your face in a massage table face ring).
After one week, if you notice any unevenness, lumps, etc., call to return to the office so we can smooth it for you. After two weeks, the product is fixed and cannot be manipulated.
Contact us immediately at the office or call my cell phone afterhours if you experience unusual pain, discoloration, or other concerns at the treatment site.
